📦 Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, regional restrictions, or logistical challenges.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently NOT AVAILABLE

Urban Sprouts is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier practices and delivery location.
Please double-check your phone number and delivery address before placing an order.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or non-response, refunds are not applicable. Re-shipment is available within 7 days (additional courier charges apply).
If a location is non-serviceable, a 100% refund will be issued.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Timelines

Tamil Nadu: 3–7 working days
South India (AP, KA, KL, TG): 3–10 working days
Other Indian States: 7–14 working days

📍 Shipping Charges & Tracking

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
Tracking details will be shared via Email / WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
Shipping Restriction: We currently do not ship outside India.
In case of unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue promptly.
